I am thankful that I was born and raised in a Christian home, and that I came to know the Lord at a young age. I am thankful for Joe, who loves me unconditionally, even with all my idiosyncrasies. I am thankful that Joe and I can have fun, teasing each other mercilessly. I am thankful for my children, who bring me more happiness than I thought possible. I am thankful for the 8 babies that I never got to parent… And I anxiously wait for the time when I will meet them in Heaven. I am thankful that I can stay home with my children, and don’t have to leave them with a babysitter and go to work. I am thankful for the opportunity to homeschool the kids. I am thankful for our house, which is big enough for our brood, and their pack-rat Mama. I am thankful for country living… I don’t miss the city! (but I am NOT thankful for all the bugs that come with country living! rofl) I am thankful we have enough to eat, even if it does mean I have dishes to wash, and my rear keeps getting bigger (not so thankful for that part wink). I am thankful that we have a SUV that runs well, and isn’t always breaking down. I am thankful for family and friends who’ve stuck by us, in good times and through the rough spots. I am thankful for my computer, so I can scrapbook!… And keep in touch with my family and friends… And make new friends. I am thankful for my camera, so I can take thousands of pictures of my beautiful children. I am thankful that dreams, like the one I had last night, are NOT a reality. Oy.
