Piada is an Italian unleavened bread that is rolled into flat disks (a little thicker than a tortilla) and cooked on a ungreased, hot griddle. My Dad makes some great traditional meals that he serves it with!

Tori has always been interested in cooking, in fact she’s the only 10-year-old, I’d ever known to ask for cook books for Christmas! These pictures are when she was 2, using the rolling pin to make a Tori-sized piada for supper!

You have always loved cooking! One of the first things you made was piada. Papa taught you how to make it flat. Then he gave you your own dough and rolling pin. You did well! You could cook before you could read a recipe!
