The storm canceled our Easter weekend plans to go to Grandmas in northern Mid-Michigan. That’s the only way I got to do the DSO Egg-Hunt. Being home in the aftermath was the only way David got to build his snow-bunny for Easter. Scrapping my man’s first snow creature (at almost 42 years old!) that he wouldn’t have been able to build without the storm with the scrapping supplies I wouldn’t have without the storm seemed like a natural fit!
We have been having lots of fun watching cars slow down and people smile, especially the kids, when they drive by the house. BTW, He named his snow bunny Frosty Cottontail. He suggested maybe going out tonight and spraying water on him when it gets colder so he’d last longer tomorrow. He’s gonna CRY when it gets above freezing...!!!

David wanted to get out and create with the fresh, good-packing snow to follow through on two things:
First, in almost 42 years, he had never made any kind of snow creature.
Second, he had said at work, regarding the impending spring snow, “If I wasn’t going out of town, I’d build an Easter Snow Bunny!”

The sculptor documents his achievement!
