My husband and I were born in the Northeast and have loads of family up there. However, we met and married and had our kids in Texas. We took two weeks to hit as many of the regional highlights as we could as well as meet up with 57 of their cousins, 17 aunts and uncles, and their only great-grandmother, whom they had never met. It was an amazing trip.
