Nani Registered Users Registered: August 2007 Location: Toledo, OH Posts: 1,316 users gallery	Tori wanted to go to a Mensa Gathering so badly because she wanted to be with “smart people who wouldn’t treat me like a kid.” So of course by Friday night of the weekend event she was engrossed in a game of Candy Land with a couple of those “smart adults!” LOL Actually, I had met Jacob, the son of a friend of ours, a year before who lamented that “The bad thing about being a smart kid is that when you’re with kids your own age they don’t want you to be smart and when you’re with smart people, there’s no one your own age.” I was pretty sure he and Tori could be great friends and a year after meeting they talk or email every day!
