For anyone who has a child with developmental disabilities/delays, etc and has the "wonderful" experience of attending a case conference you may appreciate this. I created this sheet as a "bio" to tell about my daughter to all the members who attended Leah's kindergarten bound case conference today. It really helped put a name and a face to my daughter for all those at the conference who haven't yet met her. Everyone really appreciated it. My dad even appreciated it when I showed him as it helped explain things about her he didn't quite understand, so I made a copy for him.
