She loved being with happy people and that suited her because people were a little happier just because she was with them! This was true everywhere she went, including work! Noni was a cook at Majors Restaurant in Detroit. Work was in walking distance from home, a good thing because Noni never did bother learning to drive. She was loved by her coworkers because she did great work and because she was the type of person that everybody wants on their team, upbeat and with the ability to make everyone feel good and relaxed.
