After you register your account, an activation email will be sent to the email address you used to register.  If you have not received your activation email within 12 hours, it typical means that the email is was blocked by either your personal spam blocker or one installed by your ISP.  Earthlink users: Earthlink has blocked all emails from Digital Freebies, so you will need to use an alternate email address when registering.
