That's my dad and me in Jamaica

journaling-Please don't get me wrong - I loved my dad, dearly. He was a fun, easy-going guy. But he had this one habit that made me (and others) crazy! He lied! For fun! Given the option of telling the truth or lying, he'd take the lie almost every time. I don't get it, I've never gotten it. He didn't lie for personal gain or to hurt, just for amusement. When we were little, he told us that he was bald because Indians had scalped him. When I came home from college, he said that the dog had been run over by a car. He just wanted to see my expression when the dog walked in! When he did tell the truth (occasionally,) we always double-checked with Mom, and he’d act all offended! The nerve!

LOL. How funny (although I can see how it would be annoying). Great layout.

Oh my lol made me giggle. I'm sure that you didn't find it funny at all growing up, or even now. Great layout!

He sounded like a very funny man. I can see how irritating it could be though. Terrific page.
