It lasted one month only because I MADE her keep it at least a month! Journalling reads: When Beckie was 12 she begged and begged me for months to let her have a paper route. She would go with her friend every day on HER route, and she loved doing it! I finally relented, and her friend turned her paper route over to Beckie. After delivering all her papers the first day, Beckie came home and announced, “I don’t wanna do this anymore!”

Working for a living isn't exactly what she expected, huh? Good for you making her stick it out for a month. I'm sure there was a lot of whining involved but a good lesson learned. Fantastic page!
