Wow. Isn't it great what your dad said? That it was 'what you had to do'? I'm sure not everyone felt that way... I'm glad and grateful that he did!
I live in the Netherlands, and it's because of your dad, and all those others fighting in WWII, that I'm free today. They freed us from the Germans. And I'm very very grateful for that!
