I love how the horse comes through the frame. Great Job.

Wow, you went for a tough one with the extraction and all, beautiful work on that! I love that you've used so many different sizes of shadows to indicate depth. I know I made a big point earlier about making your shadows more subtle, but this is one case where I would say it's safe to bump them up a bit. The 'pop' from and out-of-bounds extraction is the 3D effect of the horse coming out of the frame, so if it were me, I'd probably go a little bigger and darker on the horse shadow to exaggerate that effect. The way the rest of your layout looks so realistic creates a great 'base' for the horse to stand out.

I love this! Looks like such a fun day.
I agree with Cassie that the shadows should be more noticable.
I also wonder about a large (but soft) shadows on your title. It might look nice to be floating there, since it now looks like it's printed on the background paper--but the background paper is behind so much depth. Does that make sense? I think a larger shadow would pull the title forward.
Also, since you're so good at extractions, on the bottom right photo -- is there more to your head, or is it cut off at the frame? If your whole head is on the photo, I'd like to see just the little top of your head that's missing come in front of the frame. It won't be that noticeable, but I think it may go with the other depth you have on the page. You could even copy the very top of the hair in the top photo onto there if it's missing, since it's so small and just needs a rounding shape.
I love the blue paper -- looks like sky.
Great work on this.

Mary

Great job with the extraction and the shadows. I have nothign further to add to what has alsready been said. I love the photos and the LO. I found the journalling a bit had to read with the font you used, but that might only be the web version. I love to be able ot easily read the journalling.

SUPER duper extraction! Bravo!! Wonderful out of bounds work!!

I think you could safely add some more depth to the flower shadows, give them more of a 3-d effect since they are not a "flat" element. I'm also inclined to suggest a darker shadow on your upper paper tear. I'm guessing you're using the same angle on each layer. Try angling that one down a bit...it looks too flat compared to the bottom tear.

As an additional observation, the three square supporting photos are kind of trailing out there to the left...they might be more effective in supporting your framed photo if they were gathered together and pulled just a bit closer to the framed photo. If you do play with that suggestion, you might be faced with a "heavy" right side, so you might have to adjust for that so your layout is balanced.

Just a fantastic layout overall. Love the excellent work on that extraction and out of bounds.
