When I started Digital Freebies in 2005 there weren’t any sites (that I was aware of or could find) that gathered all the best digital scrapbooking freebies in one location.
That changed (and quickly!) over the next several years. Today, there are several sites that share high quality scrapbooking freebies. There are also several blogs and sites that curate beautiful freebie collections.
